eight stories tall, holding up to 27 vehicles, the patented
coin-operated, all-glass structure creates a fun, memorable pick up

Today Carvana also launched as-soon-as-next-day vehicle delivery in
three additional nearby markets: Rockford, Ill., Ann Arbor, Mich. and
Kalamazoo, Mich.

In as little as 10 minutes, customers can shop more than 15,000 vehicles
on Carvana.com,
finance, purchase, trade-in, and schedule as-soon-as-next-day delivery
or Car Vending Machine pickup of that vehicle. Customers that choose
pick-up at the Car Vending Machine receive a commemorative, oversized
Carvana coin to activate the vending process, taking only minutes,
compared to hours at the dealership. The Chicago location features new
design elements that create an even more immersive experience for
customers, allowing them to view their purchased vehicle being vended
from a variety of new angles. Consumers can also sell
their current vehicle to Carvana, even if they aren’t purchasing a
vehicle, receive a real offer in just minutes and schedule
as-soon-as-next-day pickup of that vehicle.
Every Carvana vehicle comes with a seven-day return policy, giving
customers the peace of mind and time to ensure the vehicle fits their
life. As an upgrade to the traditional test drive, Carvana customers
have seven days to see if their vehicle can handle Chicago’s potholes,
if the car seats fit, or how comfortable their commute is. Additionally,
all Carvana vehicles are Carvana Certified, meaning they have passed a
rigorous, 150-point inspection, have never been in a reported accident
and have no frame damage. Features, imperfections and updated
information about open safety recalls are listed on every car’s vehicle
description page.
