During the search, the judges focused on finding the top female innovators in cybersecurity who are making a difference every day in one of the most challenging and demanding fields of information technology and computing: cybersecurity. Cyber Defense Magazine narrowed their list down from over one hundred nominees through evaluations based on open source intelligence (OSINT), in addition to LinkedIn profiles and numerous interviews.
