Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI), a global Information Technology services
company, with a significant Mid-Atlantic presence based in Newark, is
moving its key domestic Delivery Center to a new Delaware location. This
relocation will allow CAI to expand its IT capabilities and provide
greater access for both customers and Associates. The company, founded
in 1981, has had a strong presence in Delaware for more than three
decades.
CAI’s new location will be in the Iron Hill Corporate Center located at
700 Prides Crossing, Suite 100, Newark, DE 19713. This new location will
facilitate the expansion of the delivery of their IT service offerings
that have made CAI the 6th largest technology firm in the
Philadelphia Metro area*. These offerings include a 24×365 Service Desk
that is currently supporting major customers in ten languages around the
world. It also includes the CAI Learning Services Certification Training
Center, with dedicated training initiatives in ITIL, PMP, BA, ServiceNow®,
and Agile.
With a new, contemporary layout and design, and a focus on smart digital
technology, this expanded Delivery Center will allow for greater
interaction between CAI Associates and their clients. The facility will
house office space for 300 Associates, host 7 conference rooms, and
include dedicated facilities for CAI’s Autism2Work initiative. There are
multiple public spaces like an expansive lobby area, on-site cafe, and a
collaborative work environment that fosters creativity. It also provides
easy access to all major highways.
