today announced the addition of Brian Specht as the Head of Affinity. In
his new role, Specht will bring more than 30 years of experience from
Aon, Ryan Specialty Group, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, AIG, and
Chubb to drive the company’s affinity partnerships. Brian will be based
in New York City and Austin.

Prior to joining Coalition, Specht worked as Chief Underwriting Officer

association, and program business of Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk
management business of Aon. In his dual role, Specht oversaw the
execution of broking and underwriting capabilities across Aon Affinity’s
diverse portfolio and directed the development of new solutions and
programs. Previously, Specht worked as Executive Vice President at WKFC
Underwriting Managers, a division of Ryan Specialty Group, leading the
Specialty and Professional Liability programs.
