Beacon Healthcare Systems announced today the appointment of Kerry Winkle as its new vice president of national accounts. In this role, Winkle will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and securing new national accounts for Beacon, which is home to the healthcare industry’s leading compliance and risk management technologies.
Winkle brings to his new assignment four decades of experience in marketing and sales. Most recently, he served as regional vice president of sales for ZeOmega where he was responsible for sales of the company’s population health management solutions and for developing brand awareness and marketplace penetration of ZeOmega in new markets.

Throughout his career, Winkle has held senior-level sales positions for a number of organizations in the healthcare-related industry. In addition to ZeOmega, these include serving as senior vice president of sales and marketing for Casenet, vice president of sales for Healthedge, and chief marketing and sales officer for Mphasis Eldorado. In each of those assignments, Winkle helped create strategic and tactical plans for growing market share, developing new sales pipelines, penetrating new markets and representing his company in ways that cultivate leads and establish new contacts.
Winkle is an active member of AHIP (America’s Health Insurance Plans), HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society) and the California Association of Health Plans and is a United States Air Force veteran.
