AstroNova, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT), a global leader in data visualization technologies, will showcase its newest color label printing solutions for brand owners, packagers and manufacturers at three of the industry’s largest tradeshows. The QuickLabel® QL-120X and the QL-300 printers will be featured this fall at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, FachPack 2019 and Labelexpo Europe 2019, together with other innovations to AstroNova’s QuickLabel®, TrojanLabel® and GetLabels™ brands.
“Our color label printers and specialty-printing systems are engineered to deliver high-quality performance and cost-efficiency for customers,” said AstroNova President and CEO Greg Woods. “Our proprietary inks, media and supplies enable customers to bring their short- and medium-run label printing needs into their facilities for faster response, increased efficiencies and improved inventory management. Customers eliminate the waste of unused labels while achieving a brilliant color quality that rivals professional printers – at a fraction of the cost.”
Built on AstroNova’s pioneering Kiaro! platform, the QL-120X is a flexible, high-quality, efficient solution for on-demand digital color label printing. The product features economical, high-capacity ink cartridges, efficient, dye-based inks and an industry best two-year warranty.
The QL-300 is the world’s first 5-color, toner-based tabletop printer designed specifically for production label printing. With the addition of white toner to the traditional 4-color (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) printing process, the QL-300 expands the creative labeling opportunities for such industries as personal care, cosmetics, food and beverage, and more.
AstroNova also plans to debut two new printers during the upcoming tradeshows.
PACK EXPO, FachPack and Labelexpo attendees will be able to receive hands-on demonstrations of AstroNova’s products and discuss with technical experts how to design the best printing solution for their unique business needs.
“With this broad product line, we now have a solution for nearly every labeling application,” Woods said. “Since introducing the first onsite digital color label printer over 25 years ago, AstroNova’s philosophy has been to provide complete labeling solutions that combine industry-leading printer platforms with integrated software, supplies, and training, as well as technical and consultation support to help our customers strengthen their competitive advantage in the market.”
