AQUABLUE Further Invests in Operations Excellence With Hiring of Ex-Vonage Specialist Priscilla Grainger

AQUABLUE, LLC (“AQUABLUE”), a leading integrated telecommunications provider specializing in Enterprise communications, announced today Priscilla Grainger joins its team as Director, Sales Operations & Client Support to spearhead the expansion of its Customer Success Program.

Priscilla brings over a decade of telecom experience in Business Operations and Customer Service. She formerly was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Vonage, managing top customer accounts and in 2020 was responsible for closing over 100% to plan. Additionally, she ensured client alignment with Vonage’s Products and Roadmap in order to foster an exceptional experience for both customers and their employees.

Her career in telecom began in 2010 working for Hibernia Networks where she worked on all aspects of the business with roles ranging from Global Sales Assistant to Client Relationship Manager, and served as a Customer Account Manager at GTT when Hibernia Networks was acquired in 2017.

In her new role, Priscilla will act as the customer advocate and be responsible for onboarding and the client satisfaction program, core to AQUABLUE’s model, growth and expansion plan. Additionally, Priscilla will lead the integration of Salesforce to optimize processes and operations.
